What We Do

Student American Dental Hygienists Association

Operating as a recognized component chapter of the national American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA), SADHA gathers enthusiastic dental hygiene students at Bluegrass Community & Technical College to master clinical communication, support community health initiatives, and build lifelong networks before graduation.

§

Clinical Mentorship & Board Prep

We actively host study modules, share board exam preparation tactics, and connect current senior dental hygiene students with local working alumni to help ease the transition into full-time clinical workspaces.

§

Community Public Health Outreach

We believe real-world experience starts outside the classroom. Our student group designs and executes localized community dental health screenings, providing critical preventative care insights to families right here in Kentucky.

§

National Legislative & Career Representation

The dental field changes rapidly. Through our unified affiliation with the ADHA, we give Lexington hygiene students a powerful legislative voice to protect the profession and explore blooming job market placement paths early.
